Trees for the Future: A lecture by John Grimshaw

While Gardens Manager of Colesbourne Park in Gloucestershire, Dr Grimshaw was the principal author of 'New Trees: Recent Introductions to Cultivation', sponsored by the International Dendrology Society, and considered to be the most important book on trees introduced in the past 35 years.  In August 2012 he became Director of the Yorkshire Arboretum with responsibility for the 120 acre arboretum and the 20 acres of Ray Wood on the Castle Howard Estate.

This lecture is open to the non-members as well as members of the LHS.
